“Life”, what an improbable thing, a beautiful cascade of unlimited power and ability, wonderful, touching; a gift that was given in unimaginable wisdom. Looking at the world we are capable of such beautiful things, capable of learning from each other in a way that could only have been given. Every person, no two exactly alike, how could one even dream of such beauty. The interactions between people of different abilities, perceptions, and knowledge; such an unlikely diversity. What a beautiful world we live in, what a gift.
If we could only touch the possibilities of our ability to be givers, putting aside selfishness, pride, and self righteousness; we would find ourselves somewhere beautiful. What a disadvantage we have, to look at people as competition rather than building blocks to a future not thought of. Everyone stands before many roads but we as people have begun to see in darkness and have become blind in light. Even though there is a grim world before so many, the knowledge of salvation rests in one relationship. A relationship to the light of the entire world; a hand waiting to be grasped.
Looking at the state of the world now it is hard to see why the creator decided to speak this world into existence. Yet, the potential to do so many things rests in some misunderstood ideas that have the power to change so many people’s lives. He saw the potential, he saw that some would love and decided He was not willing to give up a few beautiful lovers for a dirty corrupt world. Amazing he came and touched the foundations of this world, he gave life to the dead, sight to the blind, hearing to the deaf, and healing to the sick. Come alive and reach for the free gift given to all people. A world you do not know is waiting to be discovered. Ask and you will receive, knock and the door will be opened, seek and you will find. Do not believe blindly but with knowledgeable understanding.
